Welcome to Classic Limousine. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before booking or using our luxury transportation services.

By making a reservation, submitting payment, or entering a Classic Limousine vehicle, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. General Booking & Reservations

• Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including dates, times, pickup/drop-off locations, flight numbers, and passenger counts. Classic Limousine is not responsible for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
• Vehicle Capacity: For safety and legal compliance, the total number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the legal seating and weight capacity of the vehicle booked. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse transport to additional passengers or excessive cargo.

2. Payments, Rates, & Fees

• Deposits & Final Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. For special events (e.g., weddings, graduations, corporate events), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance processed prior to the service date.
• Overtime: Service begins at the scheduled pickup time and concludes at the final drop-off. If a trip runs past the contracted end time, overtime will be billed in 15-minute or 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s standard hourly rate.
• Additional Charges: Rates quoted exclude incidental charges such as parking fees, tolls, highway usage fees, or specific client-requested amenities, which will be added to the final invoice.

3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change. However, because vehicles are blocked out specifically for your itinerary, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Standard Point-to-Point / Airport Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least [e.g., 2 hours / 24 hours] prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a full-service charge.
• Hourly / Special Events (Weddings, Graduations, Proms): Cancellations must be made at least [e.g., 7 days / 14 days] prior to the service date. Deposits for special events are strictly non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: If the chauffeur is at the designated pickup location and the passenger cannot be located or contacted within [e.g., 30 minutes] of the scheduled time, the ride will be deemed a “No-Show” and billed at the full rate.

4. Airport Pickups & Flight Delays

• Flight Tracking: Classic Limousine monitors commercial flight arrival times based on the flight number provided during booking.
• Grace Period: We provide a complimentary grace period of [e.g., 30 minutes for domestic / 60 minutes for international] arrivals from the time the flight officially lands.
• Extended Delays: If a flight is severely delayed, cancelled, or diverted, the client must notify Classic Limousine as soon as possible. While we make every effort to accommodate schedule shifts, adjusted pickups are subject to vehicle availability. Waiting time beyond the standard grace period will be billed at our applicable hourly rate.

5. Passenger Conduct and Damage Policy

To ensure the safety of our passengers and chauffeurs, the following strict rules apply to all Classic Limousine vehicles:

• Compliance with Laws: Seatbelt use is mandatory for all passengers in accordance with Saskatchewan law.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Illegal drug use, underage drinking, smoking, vaping, and rowdy, abusive, or dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately without a refund if passengers engage in unsafe or unlawful conduct.
• Damage and Cleaning Fees: The client who booked the service assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the vehicle (interior or exterior) by themselves or their guests.
• A minimum Cleaning Fee of $250.00 will be automatically charged for sanitization and detailing in the event of sickness, biological spills, or excessive mess.The client will be billed for the full cost of repairs, professional deep-cleaning, or upholstery replacement required to restore the vehicle, plus compensation for any operational downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Classic Limousine strives to maintain an immaculate fleet and punctual schedules. However, we are not liable for circumstances completely beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to:

• • Severe Saskatchewan weather conditions and unsafe winter roads.
  • Unforeseen traffic delays, accidents, road closures, or construction.
  • Sudden, unexpected mechanical breakdowns or tire blowouts en route (in which case, Classic Limousine will make every reasonable effort to dispatch a replacement vehicle or alternative luxury transport).
  • Classic Limousine is not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost, or damaged inside our vehicles. Please check the passenger cabin thoroughly before exiting.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively within the courts of Saskatchewan.

8. Changes to Terms

Classic Limousine reserves the right to amend, update, or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The current version available on our website or attached to your booking confirmation will apply to your trip.
