Regina Thunder
The Regina Thunder are a part of the Prairie Football Conference (PFC), which is a six-member conference with teams from all three prairie provinces.
The PFC is a member of the Canadian Junior Football League, and participates in national championships with two other conferences, based out of Ontario (Ontario Football Conference) and British Columbia (BC Football Conference).
Regina Rams
The Regina Rams have been a highly successful sports organization for many years. The Rams come from a long tradition of Canadian junior football, which dates back to the early part of the century when predecessors of the Rams captured national titles in 1928 and 1938.
Formed in 1954 from the amalgamation of two teams (the Bombers and the Dales), the Rams participated in the Man-Sask Junior Football League from 1954 to 1975. In 1976 the Rams joined with teams from Alberta to establish the Prairie Football Conference in which the Rams participated until 1998, the Club’s final year in junior football.
Regina Riot
The Regina Riot are a women’s football team in the Western Women’s Canadian Football League‘s Prairie Conference.
The team is based in Regina. Their provincial rivals are the Saskatoon Valkyries.
Regina Red Sox
The Regina Red Sox are a collegiate summer baseball team based in Regina. They play in the Western Canadian Baseball League.
Regina Pats
The Regina Pats are a Canadian junior ice hockey team based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Founded in 1917, the Pats are the world’s oldest continuously operating major junior hockey franchise in its original location and using its original name.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are a professional Canadian football team based in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Roughriders compete in the Canadian Football League as a member club of the league’s West Division. The Roughriders were founded in 1910 as the Regina Rugby Club.
